Internally call auto in StartAPITxn if APISession.EnableAutoRefreshTokenOnApiCall is true. Generally Authtoken Expires after 6 hr but it can be refresh within 24 Hour from First Authtoken Call.
Example: If First Authtoken Call 10 AM it will expire on 4 PM but you can refresh before next day 10AM.
Note: It is recommended to refresh authtoken within 18 Hr from expiry time to make session active without need to take OTP from taxpayer.
